3 main reasons for people to choose the right job. Some people will need all 3 but some may only need 1 that can influence or motivate them to choose the right job. These reasons can changed over time with maturity and current situation. I only shared this once before with someone important to me and now sharing this to all my readers. This is useful to employers to take note especially for human resources.

1. Benefits – this can be monetary (high paying salary) or other types of benefits that the person seek in a job such as annual bonuses, health care benefits , car benefits or even holiday benefits. A lot of small benefits like these will make people harder to leave since they can’t find the luxury anywhere else, hence will increase productivity.

2. Motivation – which includes good working environment, good boss, friendly peers, or even feeling important/wanted. All of these can motivate that person to work harder and longer to climb the corporate ladder. And even make the person to stay with the company longer than others.

3. For the better Good – the types of job that will make people help more people. This type of job seekers might not realize that they have this traits because it can be unnoticeable. The need of helping others are in some of us, so telling them they are doing this job that will benefits other people might excite them to take on the offer.

There is goes. Right now, for me one reason is enough but there are jobs out there that can fulfill all 3.
